Meet Crocker Pointe's Director of Nursing

Jennifer Mounts brings years of experience and a deep commitment to her role as Director of Nursing at Crocker Pointe. With five years as a Director of Nursing and eight years in nursing management, Jennifer’s career has been dedicated to providing exceptional care for older adults. Her passion lies in offering comfort and compassion to those needing short-term care or a supportive, new home environment.



Jennifer’s leadership ensures that residents and their families receive the personalized care they deserve to thrive. She values being part of a team that honors and supports those who have given so much throughout their lives.

Outside of work, Jennifer cherishes her time with her daughter, Alina, who inspires her to continue making a difference in the lives of others. We’re proud to have Jennifer at Crocker Pointe, where her dedication impacts residents, families, and staff alike.
