Crocker Pointe Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is located in picturesque Westlake, Ohio. Our nursing home features 96 over-sized private suites providing our residents with space to rest and recover after a post-acute stay or as a home for long-term care services.

Our specialty services include on-site invasive ventilator management, non-invasive trilogy service, and on-site dialysis den. Our clinical team also provides exceptional services for wound care, IV management, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
